I'm not sure he can. He will only control, direct and indirect,roughly 20% of the company. He will have hard time to convince the rest to start the printing machine.



Thats why we dont get the Triway distribution, without Triway the dumping of Siaf shares for financing would not work.
Forget their lies about tax issues. Maybe we get the shares once financing is secured, but that will probably never happen.
