How did this get so out of hand?

Not sure what to say. I'm torn between being able to understand what they are doing (from their perspective) and criticizing them heavily from my or our perspective. A lot of it has to do with financing/loans. Perhaps not so much with being in the China space.

Perhaps it is best to say nothing. Although I did send an email to Dan yesterday and told him he needs to stop dumping shares, or resign. Fair comment, I think.

My feeling tells me they do expect to receive a lot of money from somewhere soon. Otherwise they would have given Garrett shares for his loan. Other than that, let's wait for the TRW announcement. If a few weeks turns into a month (or more) and we still don't get a Record Date, I will draw my conclusions.
