First you do not want to believe you have been taken then anger enters - next a hopeless and lost feeling enters because you really do not know what to do or where you can go!

If you do have the opportunity during this time and confront them - this is when you are given the unenviable opportunity to see inside their soul and be exposed to how truly vile, threatening and ruthless these slugs are going be.

You want your money back - and they know this also!
