Did anyone read this? It's from the endurance reports.
In a complaint filed by the SEC for 23 counts of securities fraud on page 9 paragraph 26 it references someone with initials first and last initials of M.E. Does anyone know who that is?
Isn't the CEO of endurance intials M.E.??
Will the company tell us that the CEO may be involved in a investigation? Will it HAVE "adverse effects on the company"?
Is that why?..........
