Except QMC has a disclaimer about stock price in every filing.

What he may be referring is the fact that QMC has to delay filings to stop this lender until the injection and appeal process completed. The delayed filings have had an impact on share price and liquidity as some can’t buy QMC since it lost OTCQB status.
