Initially, I prioritize the risk factors: In today’s 10-q; “in default”, occurs a whopping 32 times, up from 28, since the last report. Please review the details and you’ll find; many were carried over from years ago. Let’s face it, based on historical records of fiduciary responsibility over a 10 year period, Rik clearly negotiates in bad faith.

At the risk of being accused of piling on; this is a recent post by a shareholder in one of Rik’s other current stock plays:

Funny how Rik and John defrauded investors and nothing straightforward, they lied to investors straight forward, by telling for over a year now that a deal is coming that financials will be released in time, which is more than a year now. I am sure they will keep opening new otc junk stocks so they can defraud other people.
