I'm new to trading. So new that I started trading because of the HMNY story. But isn't it obvious that since they have untill Dec they will just spend thrifty and sell shares untill just before SEC delist and do another reverse split and hope they are cash positive from there forward. I would compare it to push starting a car. Get their jalopie up to speed and pop the clutch.
