The 'All or None' theory makes sense here. This is why I think there are many more shares hiding on the ask preventing this from going anywhere. The small ask looks enticing, but when slapped and it doesn't budge, you know something is up. Who's selling, and why even bother selling .04s when this merger is so close to completion? It doesn't make any sense! Why are MMs offering such cheap shares for everyone to buy? All these gifts are red flags to me.

It's either being manipulated to get people out, or to sucker people in. I just think it's the latter. People are trying way too hard for this to be legit.
