Here is the thing though. Why not repeat the same trick they are doing for the first distribution (settling A/R so they can distribute preferred shares tax free). So they can distribute another $9M or so tax free during the 2nd round. Or am I missing something? Some of these A/R are over 1-year old already IMO.
