Rules & regulations governing the Healthcare Industry could go under the biz microscope in September. If this happens, Payment Data Services (Systems) and the office in Franklin, Tennessee will get attention.

More banks will issue prepaid cards before Christmas, with help from 3rd. Parties.

"Growth" through back-office(s) server-to-server consolidation. 4 additional offices, plus an Akimbo Prepaid Master Card, that can support up to 5 prepaid load & re-loadable smart-cards, bodes well for PYDS.

Your alias date 09/15/03... Interesting. I attended the BLLS/PYDS meet June 2003 and was impressed, when CEO Long mentioned placing "presentment" on the back-burner & payment service up-front.
