This is the response I got from him on fb yesterday. Nothing that calms my anxiety but hopefully the JV closes, and we revisit some of the recent highs in which I should have sold at!


"The JV is scheduled to close at the end of the month. If we can close it, that’s $4M to market and distribute Nyloxin. This will certainly result in stock appreciation.

We’re still seeing steady shorting as they don’t see any activity in the company right now. Any positive news will stabilize the stock price and may see short coverage that can only help.

However you slice it, we’re undervalued at these levels. We should be trading much higher, and the JV will allow us to realize those improved market values."
