it's either a typo or bad news. as they would need to raise $9.5M by 11:30 a.m. on the 24th. or maybe it means they need to draw $9.5M from the LOC immediately.. = weird

seems crazy they would go through the whole LOC to do a raise..

so far nothing announced AH, so perhaps a false alarm
