Eddie's still listed as Chairman on OTC. Chairman of what? There's no board and no officers.
Eddie's such a crook that, 13 years ago, the US Department of Labor imposed a lifetime ban on him and his squirrel-headed brother Vladimir. Seems the brothers decided to loot the 401-K funds of their employees. The DOL said "the suit Vaksers to restore all plan losses with interest and to enjoin them from serving as fiduciaries to any plan covered by ERISA."
In short, the two grifters can never run a legit company that provides retirement benefits to employees.
