We bet on the people that build these companies. This guy demonstrated his methodology both in the last deal and by cleaning up this structure. It's a bet but the balance sheet is clean and the sector is good. Appears they are setting up to grow the company and no low priced dumb shares issuances or financings have been done as they would have to file. I'll wait and see what they announce. Share price is not out of line given the float of only 4.7m IMO. Like it. Simple and could light up very easily.
