The value of trw is locked for several years. It will be sitting in my account untradeable and worth 0 until listed in maybe 3-5 years. Im not excited by it.

A hong kong listing may be problematic for european and us shareholders. How easy/hard will it be for us to trade it once listed? To list in hong kong with a european/us shareholder base is madness to me. We really need a dual listing.

If triway delivers we can list anywhere and get a good valuation.
