I see multiples of market manipulation filings and/or complaints on the SEC site weekly, they involve undisclosed promoters, crooked CEO’s, wash trading, shyster attorneys and officers, ETC. - there are numerous fraudulent OTC games that the scams and scammers who run these OTC stocks like SMCE know well.
