This is great Denny. You are crushing it once again.

We are carrying the Surplus Notes at $315M yet that should be $415M therefore we need to reduce book value by $100M.

$428-$100=$328

$328/87M Common Shares = $3.77

Add $0.75 for American Roads = ~$4.50/share
