Actually he won't have a problem with a RS and AS increase since the company has a stronger base now that it has hard assets and those assets are generating income. It actually changes the trading strategy because the current assets are likely to become profitable within the next quarter or two. When that happens MMs will most likely have to short then cover. If you check the warrants exercise price you will see that while it is higher then current PPS it's far less then what the PPS would be after a RS. This means lenders would exercise on warrants and those shares would then enter the market but it's the timing that becomes important as the company increases assets and revenues since eventually it's the difference between underpriced pps and assetts/earnings that ultimately make shareholders profitable
