Hawk I don't know. I only have few thousand shares overall of this in my portfolio...

I can only add this, is 2 nights back I spoke with my younger brother (Don't get to talk with him much). He is a Colonel and Chief of Staff at Base in Philly, prior was at Pentagon, and in a few weeks, they pegged him to head to now head to Hawaii to oversee the new "Futures Corps" for US Army... But, we spoke about a lot of contractors they utilize (He was over all logistics for years in Iraq/Afghanistan) and familiar govt contractor names came up, and all he would say, is they continue to do business with all of them and have none who they have stopped doing business with.
