To be straight that is the figure for the completed final plant.
For the Pilot, I haven't read nor heard of a dollar figure yet.

Just to be clear.

I've been here before with penny stocks, some make it through and many don't. I still believe they are trying in earnest, but have not managing these fund raisers effectively, and may have lost their way............Questions remain.
