So when RXMD gave 15 MILLION Shares to Chicago Ventures, which Plummeted RXMD PPS, along with late news on 41.8 Million Share INSIDER FREE Shares, if a RXMD Shareholder held, using the Example Below for Reference...

So if RXMD Cost Basis at .005... If a Shareholder had 5M Shares, and held on all the way down from .26 to .06, a .20 differential, and a LOSS in Investment of 1 Million Dollars.

starting to understand. Shorting RXMD would have been the Better Strategy.

Making it Personal, with Someone that has Free Time, Plenty of Money, and No Horse in the Race, Generally not a great Idea. There is NO GAIN...
