I sense your response is heartfelt. And, I once had high hopes for my TMPS investment too. I don't know if these pumpers are stooges or just trying to keep the pump going in hopes of being able to bail out if TMPS ever gets over $1 again. Many rode TMPS from under $0.10 to over $1 and didn't sell their shares. It will be hard for TMPS to recover given: Convertible Notes, Debt, and Restricted Shares bloat. At this point in time, TMPS has allocated shares beyond the A/S. I suspect TMPS won't file anytime soon because this will be discovered as I pointed out from TMPS' last filing. In addition to dilution by raising A/S, TMPS will likely have an offering. And, this would likely be followed up with an R/S. Go $TMPS
