To be clear, for all others:
The patent application for the CTLA-4 BLOCKADE WITH METRONOMIC CHEMOTHERAPY FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER received it's Final Rejection, AGAIN, on 05-10-18.
After this round of resubmissions, BIEI did not respond to that notification.
THEY LET IT DIE as of today!

" Cancer Treatment Patent - Rejected ".

Never saw that they had a CURE.
