Correct and 3+ years in we're already seeing double/triple revs .(not to mention 10X rev on my initial investment:)
9 out of 10 businesses die first 3 years. It's not about 'if'. It's about 'when'. Campgrounds like Buck Lake are becoming hot commodities. When companies like Mercedes and Winnebago get together to go after boomers with killer new R.V.s you know r.v. parks and campgrounds will explode. Saw on http://BuckLakeRanch.com they had the famous McCourey bluegrass band about 2 months ago. Betvthat was awesome! And when i googled that town i saw they were putting a big hotel right next door by the highway and just below itvis a new tech park. Looks like that small area is poised for something big.
