Well that is good and pretty standard. The whole thing is what happens before the deal is formalized and who can still convert and how many shares out there that converted that did not sell.

Should eventually clear out. But looking much better and the tough questions were asked. From the summary people sent all the issues were covered and the answers were straight, that is a very good sign.
