USA Equities Corp. f/k/a American Biogenetic Sciences, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on September 1, 1983. Prior to ceasing its operations in 2002, the Company was engaged in the research, development and production of bio-pharmaceutical products. In September 2002, the Company filed for bankruptcy under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the Eastern District of New York and in November 2005, the Company emerged from bankruptcy. On August 13, 2010, the Company's sole officer/director transferred and assigned his control stock position to an unrelated third party, Troy J. Grogan. In May 2015, Mr. Grogan was appointed as a director and CFO. In April 2015, the Company incorporated USA Equities Trust, Inc. as a wholly-owned Delaware subsidiary for the purpose of acquiring real estate. On July 31, 2015, the Company, through its subsidiary, completed an Asset Purchase Agreement with an unaffiliated third party, Green US Builders, Inc., a Delaware corporation for the purchase of a commercial building located at 1191-1209 East Main Street, Bridgeport, CT. The acquisition of the Bridgeport Property is in furtherance of the Company's business plan of acquiring income producing real estate and becoming an operating company. At present, the Company is negotiating for the purchase of additional commercial properties.
