Just a word of caution Austin.

The Miami case was dismissed based on a lack of jurisdiction. QMC and Steve were not doing business in Florida, so the court concluded that the case should not have been filed in Florida as was argued by QMC.

Its good that it was dismissed, but the real legal questions still remain to be argued in Kansas.

The case in the Texas Appeals court is over, but technically the Hays County Texas case is still open because the Temporary Injunction remains in affect. It appears that that case has been Stayed (put on hold) until the Kansas case is settled.
