Of course he wants both companies to be successful and yes DPW gives AVLP/MTIX the chance to do something that will have a profound impact to the environment.

So you are not disagreeing with me, Todd is risking millions of his own money to be successful, do you think he would be successful with AVLP and fail with DPW or some other combination? Either they make it or they dont, if they do then we all benefit and if they dont we all lose but he loses the most.

Now I know his DPW shares are Preferred, so he does have that advantage, but I do think it would be very very hard for him to walk away with something and leave everyone else with nothing - I actually think his pride would prevent him from doing that and he would go down with the ship with everyone else, that's who he is.

As far as salary, well, I make maybe $170K/year for honestly not doing a ton of work (but my strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills is valued). Making what he does for the amount of hours and stress he has to put up with is not that outlandish, ok, but I can understand why people feel the way they do and the idea of taking a lower salary is not completely unreasonable, just based on how the stock price is doing and how people feel about it. I'll put a bug in his ear about that.

Also I'd like to see other insiders put their own money in, but they simply may not be personally funded like he is, AND as a matter of prudence, in general you shouldnt invest in your own company where you work, I surely don't, too much risk.
