You must be kidding right, This turd will not float and will never amount to any type of profit. As a Long holder of a million shares over the last four years I rarely see any company filings. At one point several years ago there had not been any filings for more than a year until I emailed the SEC and got a response that they would look into it then a filing came out once again they are few and far between. I will never regain any of my investment since it only amounts to 100 bucks I just let it ride. Your a fool if anyone thinks this will turn a profit.
