There are many ways you can calculate average P/E. Some methods include negative P/E's as well. Depending on who you "talk to" or what their motives are, you either get a high value or a low value. I think the average P/E is much higher.

SIAF is targeting a P/E between 12 and 16 during or just prior to the IPO. We should use a P/E of 24 after the IPO. If it is a succesful IPO.

When I think about the announcment from TRW in a couple of weeks, they have to give us the Record Date for the first part. They don't know the exact value yet. So they would have nothing tangible to announce if they don't have the Record Date for us. Some fuzzy plan about a distribution some time in the future doesn't justify a press release or announcement, is what I'm saying.
