That DANR twitter page is fake

There were no insiders buying that was the people that made the twitter page front loading

There is no filings coming.

The last tweet by that fake twitter page was just information from 2010 before the shell was abandoned the first time. If you go back and look at the old DANR filings you'll see that DANR formed the wholly owned Peruvian subsidiary, Dana Mining Corp SAC in February 2010 then later abandoned it.

The only owners fell behind with their annual taxes starting in 2008 and the state of Wyoming dissolved the entity in 2009 as a delinquent entity

Alan Smith came and hijacked the shell by making a new entity by the same name in Wyoming in 2013

Smith ran into some problems with his new entity 1) the public ticker belonged to the revoked entity not the new one 2) the new entity was created as a closed corporation and closed corporations cannot publicly trade because they are required to have a very limited number of shareholdeers

Alan Smith must have realized his problem because within days of him filing an 8K to name himself as the new CEO he dissolved his closed coporation and went back and paid the back taxes owed on the correct entity and had it reinstated


For a little while Smith ran DANR as a pretend bottled water company but after 2014 he stopped paying the annual taxes to the Wyoming SOS and the entity was once again revoked in 2015

The DANR website also went dead and eventually the domain expired and went up for sale.

There has been no new filings or news for DANR since 2014.

The entity was abandoned




On November 18, 2017 somebody bought the old DANR domain at DANARESOURCES.COM but they never used it for anything. No doubt it was the Carlos Reyes group hoping to use the domain for some fake news or something.

Back on August 4, 2017 the Carlos Reyes fake PR group showed up on the DANR IHUB forum saying they heard the DANR had new management and DD was coming. Then they tried to recycle outdated info from 2013 as new info saying Alan Smith was the new manager and DANR was going to be invovled in bottled water now. They also kept saying news was coming.

The little pump using outdated false info worked a little bit for part of a trading session, but no PR ever showed up and it just got quiet again.

I assume that they couldn't get any of the news services to believe they were from DANR when they tried to get them to publish a fake PR. That's why no PR ever showed up.

That is why all of these months later they went with a fake twitter page to pump DANR instead.
