it currently says you can connect to a person but than just wait on hold forever listening to lame infomercial type messages... bad for new and old customer experiences!
this is the kind of stuff that a good CEO would never let happen. Cmon Ballas...geez
how bout you get rid of the cheesy never ending, ANNOYING TOO LOUD recorded phone message and actually have a real person handle customer service phone requests... Like all REAL companies who sell respected products do!
Completely unnacceptable!!!
sorry for the all caps but so frustrating to surprisingly discover this, at this stage in the game. we should be well beyond this type of nonsense!
