How many Tri-Way shares will 1 Siaf share ??


Around 0.4 is my guess (in total distribution, and then SIAF will keep another 0.4 TRW-shares pr SIAF-share), but it depends on the dilution before the first distribution, as well as the dilution between the two distributions)

+ OS = 43MM shares
+ ECAB = 5.5MM (or something like that)
- Collateral shares = 8.5MM (or something like that)
+ Further dilution
= 40MM + further dilution for 18.3MM TRW-shares
