Sonny Bal probably didn’t have VP sign non-compete. Occam’s razor. I have seen lots of evidence that SB is a poor CEO and lousy communicator. This hypothesis makes way more sense than the spiders web of connections that point to a buy out. Sadly it is now; at fire sale prices due to his and the boards leadership. I bought 4000 shares at .58 not very long ago, but this cat doesn’t bounce not because of naked shorting but because no one wants to buy it. That is straight up SB and boards leadership. Period. Not rocket science.
