If I were to file a letter of complaint to the SEC regarding GERS this is what I would write...
Dear SEC. My name is Ice. I am writing to complain about a company, Greenshift Corp (GERS) that I have invested in for many years.
During those years I went through many reverse splits yet invested anyway as I believe that the patents of the company were infringed upon.
During those years I noticed the company filed SEC filings stating the performance of the company. They also filed the many reverse splits that lead to my owning many shares to finally owning nothing.
Then I read that GERS was entering a further legal battle with infringing companies and even started mediation after getting legal representation with companies that they let investors know they were getting that representation.
And then... the SEC filings STOPPED! Yes, as an investor I was kept informed on the legal battle through a legal system called, Pacer.
But the SEC filings have STOPPED!
My current investment in GERS has been stable for many months... but SEC filings have STOPPED!
I'm scared and have gone to my 'safe spot' where I watched kittens playing with kittens while chanting "OHm, Ohmm, Ohmm..." yet still, the thought that the company has not filed SEC filings since the current round of legal battles have been going on is driving me crazy as I want the stock price to soar and then I can make a lot of money.
So, I want to file a complaint. I want to complain that I know full well what I got into when investing in this recent round of activity and as such have been stuck with the same, 'kitten playing with kitten DVD'. Is there anyone at your office that can send me a link to a better 'kitten playing with kittens' or maybe, 'puppies playing with string'?
Also, I firmly believe that Pres. Trump has somehow caused the company to stop filing SEC filings, all under the strong influence of Pres Putin from Russia.
