There is no indication or even a single word that indicates that shorts were in any way involved with the crimes Treaty committed against TECO shareholders and the public in this settlement agreement or the SEC complaint.

The problem, and it's very obvious, is that Treaty was a scam run buy a gang of crooks.

A 40 watt bulb could see that.
