The word from a few weeks ago, was the last I heard. Someone may have talked to him since then, I don't know.

I sent an email. Since he is the attorney working on merger, I doubt he is able to say much more than he already has.

We have been fortunate to know the most important things: "merger is on" and "filings sent to OTCM".

Its my understanding everything is done, with the exception of obtaining some final clarifications with FINRA.

At this point, its a FINRA waiting game. I expectantly look for these filings every day.

Last week's drop was a blessing in disguise, as it allowed some of us to enlarge our territory (positions) at fire sale prices. Those that already have their core positions, seem to be sitting on the bids around the 8s, tapping those .10s here and there.
