I went to www.sedar.com, which is the Canadian website dealing with reports from these little companies.
The last report that I could find was the annual report for 2017 which was filed in accordance with Canadian rules on 4/30/18. It show the company with a healthy balance in excess of 10 million and the vast majority (9 Million) is in cash.
Apparently the company has given up with the South American venture and is concentrating on property it has leases on in Utah. Maybe this is a go.
