The problem is the share structure.Today TA CONFIRMED that UATG O/S increased to 991 MILLION from 903 million. A/s 1 billion. Now the question. Will the company increase a/s or make a reverse split. Financials showed that they need money to bring the market those products.
The company's today's pr is not mentioning about financing.
it looks like CEO doesn't care about shareholders..
