First they could not have purchase as much shares as they wanted on the open market there are rules against that. Second it appears to be dilutive but if what I predict is true those shares will never see the open market. This the deal closes in October and I think the closer we get to that month the more you began to see the sp appreciate toward the buying price of those shares.
