I don't think the BOD wants to screw over shareholders. I do think they see this as absolutely needed if they are to receive additional funding which is necessary until the company is able to positive cashflow. It looks like the burn rate is approximately 1.6 million per month. All 2.5 billion shares from the previous AS increase were dumped by the lender leaving no more authorized shares available. RNVA has already accepted follow on financing from the same toxic lender and must now come up with the additional AS which of course the lender will sell to MMs who will do their best to sell them into retail. What is telling is the PPS floor seems to be around .0007 which gets about 10-20 percent yield per trade. The low volume pretty much dictates a RS since MMs can then short the stock.
