So the money that they plan to spend to purchase shares is just an investment in a company that they will eventually merge/own. Why lend money to yourself? It's genius This has to be the beginning of a merger or buy out. But if it was going to be a buy out why would I spend money to make the company more expensive for myself in the future? Unless there's an agreement already in place that puts a ceiling on the price. So if not a merger or buy out how else will constellation share holders reap the benefits of this investment? Constellation has stopped their share buy back because of this. IMO the writing is on the wall
