So let me get this straight:
1). You allegedly were in contact with Brian Howe, who has been silent, and were able to get private and insider information about the inner workings of a potential so acquisition.
2) Instead if reporting this to the SEC, you decided to pump the stock instead. I’m assuming you purchased shares prior to this, and profited off the rumor (your own pump) and subsequent sell off now after you “found out” Howe lied.
3) Are bragging you predicted all of this despite not having known about the stock until April. So in a few months you became a potentially trusted confidant sworn to “something like an NDA”, the details of which are completely unknown.
4) You then claim the “NDA” expired with the filings, although we have no idea what that “NDA” would have covered.
5) You continue to unverifiablely email people NEW INFORMATION that is clearly not publicly available in order to continue inside trading.
Does that about wrap it up? There are a few felonies littered about your story.
