Dr. Dalton doesn't release the filings yet because he is waiting for signatures that have nothing to do with the filings??..makes me wonder.... those signatures could be for the big news we are waiting for.....and why a couple of signatures?? I dont think he was reffering to government officials, it smells more like business partners in other states!!!! But why he doesn't release the filings?? There must be a reason, or it's just that he prefer the stock price to be in sub penny before the big news!!! If not he would had release the filings already,  and we would be already trading over a penny.....

Really exciting stock to be part of!!! I still believe that the next news will be awesome!!!! RM under a new ticker name....
