The problem is that some folks here like to throw the "dilution" term around like it is a very bad thing. It is a bad thing only if there is no substance behind the dilution. And what I mean is dilution from a toxic note, dilution from a scammy CEO selling shares to line his pocket.

Dilution to help with acquiring companies (ARALOC), to help pay the bills, to pay the IR folks, etc.. is not a bad thing at all. Dilution to acquire companies it actually a trade off as you are actually gaining something in return (revenues).

In addition, you and I both know that there are opportunist that will take full advantage of any dilution coming to market. By this I mean the Market Makers, individuals with agendas, etc.. Once they catch wind or see it in the charts, look out, the sky is falling. And this of course only exacerbates this scenario. You go from actual shares coming to market, to additional short selling, scared retail, stop losses being taken out, etc..

Eventually it will subside and then return to the upside as we see here.
