I was thinking that this morning when i started adding to my position just before the first run started.

They moved all their other non food related assets out into a new company. I have seen this kind restructuring happen in private companies right before a buyout. With the contracts in place and the backlog I think a buyout or merger would pay us many times future earnings. Or they just want to separate the books so the public stock is not held back by non profitable business. What ever happens it looks very promising from this entry level. Should be a fun ride. Cant wait to find out.
