because they have toxic insider scam debt. Cvsi got rid of all their convertable notes and they are STRONG and the real deal. The company you mentioned is a scam because of their insider scam notes convertible at .003 a share. They should take a lesson from cvsi and pay off the loans. Instead they are trying to arrange a scam ipo of a spinoff
