I'm not reading too deeply into this. People involved in this offering are not supplying any info. Rosillo won't answer perfectly appropriate questions. Minivest is unreachable. Jamie Black ignores sensible and acceptable questions. What happened to the Reg A+ offering? No-one will respond. And now this guy who Rosillo referred me to for info fails to respond after three attempts to reach out to him. This is all despite Rosillo's claim of total transparency. This is anything but. Doesn't inspire much confidence. And the stock continues to decline. Food for thought. Take it for what it's worth. You are comfortable with this behavior? That's totally up to you.
Personally, I find all of this to be a huge red flag. But to each their own.
