I agree except that the majority of Uranium 238 decay that is typically found in natural gas is Helium-4 and is currently treated as a "byproduct" during the refining stage by the O&G Industry. It is much less valuable than the Helium-3, which is found as the breakdown (12.8B yrs) of Thorium inside the deeper veins/faulting network within the Earths crust.

The San Juan Basin has historically been the major Helium E&P from the Four Corners Platform. Most of this development was conducted during the late 1950's through late 1960's but recently since 2014 more companies have re-entered these old legacy fields for redevelopment of the Helium-4 gas.

There has been very little Geoscience put into actual new exploration for Helium resources. I am very confident that PetroSun is on a path to making huge new discoveries and with their vast access to innovative technologies will be the first Independent Producer that owns from lease, drill bit, midstream to distribution of Grade 5 (99.999%) liquid helium for end users.

The Utah Paradox field alike will be a solid Helium production asset but it also holds massive amounts of other critical minerals in the production fluid that PetroSun can precipitate out with access through their subsidiaries EAU Resources, LLC and Sonoran Cryodesal.

All of these commodities are very valuable to the future of Energy Security of the USA. It is my opinion that every aspect of the PetroSun business plan is a game changer in many areas of the future energy needs of our Country!

Have a great day! With best, Princess
