you cannot sell a publicly traded oil gas company without notification to the other people who own the company (shareholders) or permission. I have owned this stock since 2011 or so and all William Robinson did was lie. I would steer away from this stock. Hasn't traded in years. I have emailed him in the past. Always says i am working on a PR and never does. They have claimed to have mega well leases but this thing is dead in the water. Go back to 2011 and read all their news and watch their videos. This guy is a crook.
